I started out from Szeged with a suitcase and have since traveled the world, working for multinational corporations based in Zurich, Paris, London and New York. With qualifications in law, economics, business management and executive business coaching, I have led Hungarian and international teams, with responsibility for business and revenue, growth and real business challenges.
In the meantime, I am the mother of three wonderful sons and I am proud that no matter how big a step I have taken, I have always had the courage to change. That certain bravery that is needed to assess the risks and map the opportunities and align the emerging picture with our own development, and then implement it with a strong personal and business strategy! I was not alone in these situations either: I was always by my side with an inspiring mentor with international experience, who helped me make the most difficult decisions and often believed in me more than I believed in myself. This faith and support helped me rise to the challenges and overcome my own limitations.
During my leadership career, I consciously prepared for the second half: now I support, help and develop owners, company directors, business leaders and leadership teams. My heart is in inspiring and developing future leaders, training talents.
My path was not without obstacles – I fell, I got up, I cried and I laughed. But now I have learned how to inspire and motivate others, how to create an environment in which everyone can give their best. I have been working with international leadership teams for years, and it has become clear to me that the basis of successful cooperation is trust, effective communication and a well-defined common goal. In the processes I lead, I have always strived to ensure that team members boldly express their opinions, confront arguments and develop deals that move the organization forward along common goals. It has also become obvious to me that unpopular opinions and potential conflicts can also have a constructive effect if they are handled within the appropriate framework. The key to collaboration in leadership teams: a common goal contract and taking communication to a new level During team coaching, I create a trusting, insider atmosphere where team members feel safe to share their observations with each other. This makes communication more effective and the team’s collaboration can strengthen to achieve company goals more effectively. During the process, we use Patrick Lencioni’s model to identify and work on resolving the factors that hinder teamwork.
